  • Digital Transformation: Revamped the organisation’s website with enhanced UI/UX, integrated online booking for new tourism products, and implemented OTA connectivity.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Facilitated collaborations with travel platforms, banks, academic institutions, and startups to support property promotion, digital upgrades, CSR mobilisation, and employee welfare.

  • Executed an OTA pilot that generated ₹1.7 Cr in additional revenue; introduced a channel management system projected to boost bookings by 20–30%.

Monitoring, Evaluation & MIS for Public Sector Projects

(Project executed by our Founding Partner prior to establishing Abhidheya Advisors LLP)

  • Led the design and rollout of a Management Information System for a state-wide disaster preparedness and resilience project. Developed strategic documentation to guide MIS development, user training, and integration with field data flows.

  • Developed and authored the framework and report for a multi-phase Monitoring and Evaluation project for a UN organisation.

  • KAP Study Oversight: Developed and authored of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) studies on early-grade literacy in collaboration with state education authorities and nonprofit stakeholders.

Outcome:

  • Developed a scalable and field-adapted MIS for disaster resilience, now used by PMUs and district teams

  • Delivered a comprehensive M&E plan and analysis report used for national-level program reviews

  • KAP study findings informed revisions to the foundational literacy strategy and resource material development.
